Texas Roadhouse Steak Sauce

Materials
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups beef stocks
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon crush black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in the pan, add all-purpose flour
Whisk continuously until both ingredients well-combined.
It must be blonde in color when cook completely.
- Add some black rushed pepper to taste.
Mix well and turn off the heat immediately.
Notes
You can also add shredded cheddar or parmesan cheese, becan to make Texas roadhouse steak more flavorful.
