- 16 ounces top round beef
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Lemon juice or vinegar
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Eggs
- Avocado slices
- 2 tsp Fresh parsley
Flatten the beef with hammer, add ingredients and leave for 1/2 hour
Season with black pepper, paprika powder, garlicpowder, salt, lemon juice
Rub well with hands
Leave this marinade for 1/2 hour
Heat the pan, keep the flame medium
Add 1 tbsp of butter, add steak pieces and cook for each side
