Equipment

Materials

  • 16 ounces top round beef
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Lemon juice or vinegar
  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • Avocado slices
  • 2 tsp Fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Flatten the beef with hammer, add ingredients and leave for 1/2 hour
  • Season with black pepper, paprika powder, garlicpowder, salt, lemon juice
  • Rub well with hands
  • Leave this marinade for 1/2 hour
  • Heat the pan, keep the flame medium
  • Add 1 tbsp of butter, add steak pieces and cook for each side
  • Add 1 tbsp of butter
  • Fry eggs until they are half-cooked

Notes

  • The most suitable steak cuts for breakfast are skirt, flank, and sirloin.
  • These are finely cut ½ inches thin slices-very convenient to use for breakfast.
  • You can also use a round bottom steak. Just flatten with a kitchen hammer so that it gets easily and evenly tender when cooking.
