Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 box 6 oz Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers any color
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Stove Top stuffing mix, milk, eggs, diced onion, diced bell peppers, and minced garlic.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a skillet over medium heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Cover the skillet and cook the meatloaf on the stovetop for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), turning the meatloaf halfway through.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing.
