- 1-pound cubed steaks pounded thin to 1/4-inch thickness
- Flour 1 cup
- Corn flour 2 tablespoon
- Baking powder 1teaspoon
- Salt1teaspoon

For Coating
- 2 eggs
- Water 2 tablespoon
- Hot sauce 1 tablespoon
For Gravy
- Flour 2 tablespoon
- Butter 2tabspoon
- Buttermilk 1 cup
- Cheese 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
- White pepper 1/4 teaspoon
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh chop chives or dill 2 tablespoon

- 4 Russet potatoes
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil 2 tablespoon
How to Prepare White Gravy
Melt butter in a saucepan on low flame
Add Flour and cook until its color turns dirty blonde
Pour buttermilk and whisk well.This mixture must be runny because cheese would thicken this mixture afterward Whisk in cheese and cook until it dissolves in the mixture thoroughly. Also, add some crumble mushrooms, pepperoni, or becan at this stage.
