Pat dry the cubed steaks with a kitchen towel. Season with some salt and black peppers. Rest for 5minutes. Then again, pat dry. Now it's ready for coating.
Add salt, garlic salt, black pepper, Italian seasonings, rosemary to flour. Mix and add cube steak to seasoned flour.
Beat eggs with water and set them aside.
Arrange panko breadcrumbs in another bowl.
Drudge steak into seasoned flour and dip into the egg mixture.
Then roll into panko breadcrumbs. Press well with your hand heel so that crumbs stick well to the steak.
Repeat this method for another steak. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before frying.
Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet and fry until golden brown. It will take 3-4 minutes on low flame.
Amazing GRAVY
Discard oil from the cast iron skillet. Leave 2 tablespoons of oil, add 2 tablespoons flour Use leftover seasoned flour for best results.
Mix and cook until the raw flavor of flour is gone and its color changes to yellow.
Pour 1 and 1/2 cup of chicken stock. Stir until mixture thickness to your desired consistency.
Lastly, stir in 3 tablespoon cream. Unique gravy is ready to serve.
