Equipment

  • 6 quart instant pot
  • A trivet or stainless-steel stand

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken breast 1 and 1/2 pounds
  • 1/2 tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Pour water into an instant pot. Settrivet or stainless stand inside the instant pot
  • Place chicken breast. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top
  • Set your instant pot valve to sealing. This option would enable to pressure cook for high for 10 minutes
  • After bleeping your instant pot, carefully remove the pressure release
  • Discard trivet and cooked meat carefully
  • Chopped meat on cutting board
  • Cool and Store the chicken broth to use as per your choice to make your meal flavorsome.
