- Chicken breast 1 and 1/2 pounds
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tbsp. black pepper
- 1 cup water
Pour water into an instant pot. Settrivet or stainless stand inside the instant pot
Place chicken breast. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top
Set your instant pot valve to sealing. This option would enable to pressure cook for high for 10 minutes
After bleeping your instant pot, carefully remove the pressure release
Discard trivet and cooked meat carefully
Chopped meat on cutting board
Cool and Store the chicken broth to use as per your choice to make your meal flavorsome.
