Instructions
Wash potatoes well, then peel and cut into small cubes
This step will allow the evenly cooking of potatoes in a short time
Place potato cubes in a wide size pot, cover, and boil until tender
Keep the flame medium.
When potatoes are cooked, then pour some tap water and pat dry with a kitchen towel
Add potatoes in a bowl, add butter, milk, and whisk well
Season with salt and black pepper and mix well with a rubber spatula
