Idaho Mashed Potato Recipe

Materials

  • 1 Pound Idaho Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions

  • Wash potatoes well, then peel and cut into small cubes

This step will allow the evenly cooking of potatoes in a short time

  • Place potato cubes in a wide size pot, cover, and boil until tender

Keep the flame medium.

  • When potatoes are cooked, then pour some tap water and pat dry with a kitchen towel
  • Add potatoes in a bowl, add butter, milk, and whisk well
  • Season with salt and black pepper and mix well with a rubber spatula

Notes

  • You can also add your favorite cheese to enhance the flavor of this delicacy.
