- Sirloin or ribeye steak 2pieces of 11 ounces each
- Special steak rub as per need
Pat dry steak with a kitchen towel or cotton cloth before cooking
Preheat the grill pan. It must be hot when you put steaks into it
Spray your grill pan with avocado oil.
Place steak and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side
Flip with a tong after 3 minutes
Rotate 45c and cook for more than 3 minutes
Turn again to complete the grill mark on the meat and cook for more than 2 minutes.
Check doneness with a digital thermometer. It must be medium rare with an internal temperature of 140degrees.
Discard from the grill and cover with aluminum foil for 15-20 minutes.
