Instructions
Mix ketchup or chili garlic sauce, water, minced garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, mustard in a saucepan
boil for 5 minutes on medium heat
simmer for another 5 minutes
Cook until sauce thickens and reduces to half the amount
Cool and then refrigerate if you do not want to use it immediately
