Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup approximately 240 ml of hot water
  • - 1 bag of your favorite peach tea
  • - 1 bag of your preferred citrus mint tea e.g., spearmint or peppermint
  • - 1-2 teaspoons of honey adjust to your desired sweetness
  • - Fresh lemon slices for a flavorful touch
  • - A sprig of fresh mint for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil the water until it's hot but not boiling. It should be around 2-3 inches from boiling (approximately 90°C).
  • In a cup, steep your peach tea and citrus mint tea bags in the hot water for about 3-4 minutes. You want the tea to be flavorful but not overly strong.
  • Remove the tea bags and add 1-2 teaspoons of honey to the cup. Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
  • Squeeze a fresh lemon slice into the tea and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint for a presentable touch.
