  • 2 ribeye eye or sirloin
  • 1/2 tbsp. Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp. Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Grilled steak salt
  • 2 tbsp. Avocado oil
  • Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves Mince garlic

Notes

  1.  These ingredients are for a 1-pound steak. Use more spice if you are using more than one pound.
  2. 1-inch thickness beef cut is the most suitable cut for making perfect grass-fed steak.
