Almond Chicken Salad

An ideal weight loss salad contains almonds full of healthy fat, vitamins, fiber, and proteins. Nutrients that decrease hunger and accelerate weight loss.

Materials

  • 2 cup Chopped cooked chicken breast 2 cups 
  • 1 cup Toasted almonds
  • Carrot 1 finely thin slices
  • Green onions 2 cut into thin slices
  • Bell pepper 1 cut into thinly sliced
  • 2 Roma diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh chopped parsley
  • Avocado1 medium-sized cut into small cubes. BoiledCorn ½ cup

For Salad Dressing

  • 2 tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Soysauce
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. Lime or Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tbsp. Kosher salt

Instructions

  • Take a wide size bowl. Add carrots, onions, toasted almonds, bell pepper, Roma diced tomatoes, chopped parsley, avocado, boiled corn, chopped chicken, mix well, and set aside
  • In another small bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, lemon juice until all well combined
  • Pour this dressing on salad mixture, toss well

Notes

  • You can refrigerate the leftover salad for one day. Pour salad dressing on salad mixture when ready to serve
