Materials

  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Baking powder
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 tbsp. Almond powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp. Vanilla essence
  • For Topping
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients for 1 minute and transfer this mixture into a greased Pyrex dish or cake pan.
  • Bake for 35 minutes at 180C
  • For Topping
  • Bring to boil all ingredients and pour on a hotcake
  • Put hardened candy strawberries on top of the cake.

Notes

You can also use these sweet strawberries on cheese cake.
