Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 box 6 oz Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced bell peppers any color
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Stove Top stuffing mix, milk, eggs, diced onion, diced bell peppers, and minced garlic.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Cover the skillet and cook the meatloaf on the stovetop for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), turning the meatloaf halfway through.
- Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing.
