- 1 cup All-purpose Flour

- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 tbsp. Almond powder
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 tbsp. Vanilla essence
- For Topping
- 2 tbsp. Fresh cream
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 1/4 cup Sugar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for 1 minute and transfer this mixture into a greased Pyrex dish or cake pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 180C
- For Topping
- Bring to boil all ingredients and pour on a hotcake
- Put hardened candy strawberries on top of the cake.
